Dressing
Mustard (2 spoons)
Honey (2 spoons)
Chopped Garlic (1 clove)
Dried Oregano ( Pinch)
Oil (2 spoons olive preferred)
Vinegar (1/2 spoon)
Salt and Fresh Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth
1 Apples cut finely
1/2 Red Onion cut Julianne
1 Celery Stalk
1 Lettuce head chopped as you like
Fresh Cilantro ( do not cut the cilantro).
Mix dressing with the fresh veggies. Add Almonds, Peanuts or any nuts available
