A drunk walked up to the presidential house in Guatemala City and walked between the guards. The guards stopped him, asking, “hey man, what’s the idea?”
The drunk responded, “let me through guys, I’m the new president of Guatemala!”
The guards fell down laughing, they threw him out in the street and asked, “You!? Are you crazy, are you a dumbass, do you have shit for brains, or are you mentally handicapped?”
The drunk got up, brushed himself off, and answered, “Holy shit! I had no idea there were so many requirements! I’m outta here.”
